Director of Development of the Association of Women with Disabilities "SHYRAK", has been engaged in the development of the organization and research activities in Central Asia since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, she coordinated the work of the Network of Organizations of Women with Disabilities in Kazakhstan and the International Expert Network on Gender and Disability, was the Head of human rights projects at Memorial, Moscow (2011-13).
OSCE expert on the Human dimension (human rights) and member of the Regional Advisory Group of the Spotlight Program for Central Asia and Afghanistan (UN Women, UNFPA, UNDP) since 2020.

Has extensive experience in capacity-building and development for both Shirak and its network of organizations of women with disabilities in Central Asia and Russia since 2003, experience in attracting resources, conducting assessments and research in Central Asian countries on gender equality, domestic violence against women and girls, issues of gender sensitivity in disability, social entrepreneurship, assessment of the needs of organizations, assessment of the effectiveness of companies, election monitoring, access to justice, Universal Periodic Review and personnel management issues.
Head of the Just Support Foundation, Kazakhstan
Master of Psychology, founder and head of the public organization Just Support Foundation, which deals with the protection of children's rights, paying special attention to gender aspects and the role of girls.
The Foundation implements projects aimed at combating domestic violence and educational organizations, educating and raising awareness of the target audience on topical issues. The Foundation has upgraded the qualifications of more than 500 specialists of educational institutions in full-time format, about 7,500 specialists have completed online training. More than 3,000 families received direct advisory assistance from the foundation.
She has extensive experience in youth-related projects, in particular, in 2019-2020, she acted as a mentor for the Impact Hub Almaty and UNO programs in Kazakhstan.
Since 2020, he has been a visiting lecturer at the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Additional Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is a practicing trainer and developer of educational programs, in particular, 3 online courses were released directly by the foundation. The training was ordered by such organizations as the British Council, Samruk Kazyna Trust JSC, AFEW Kazakhstan, Edcrunch Academy, etc. She is a co-author of the UNFPA methodological guide on adolescent sex education, a developer of methodological recommendations for educational organizations, a member of the working group on amending bullying legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2022, she became the winner of the UNICEF exhibition "Hero of Children".
